The Hub

Children's Therapeutic Rehabilitation

Welcome to The HUB, where children’s minds blossom and grow! Our nurturing environment, creative curriculum, experienced educators, and facilities provide the perfect setting for children aged 6 to 18.

We are an after school and summer program for children ages 6-18 years old (grade levels K-12) who have an SED diagnosis, CASII score of 3 or higher (level of care evaluated prior to beginning the program) and located in Fleming County unless transportation is not an issue.  Clients who are homeschooled are eligible for the program upon meeting eligibility requirements.

We offer a unique opportunity for children and adolescents to have specialized care, encouraging them to learn and grow in a therapeutic environment and the program is limited to 15 clients for the day program.
