Comprehend is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. Our financial statements and audits walk you through our journey of continually striving to provide quality health care services to enhance the well-being of the individuals, families, and communities that we have served for over 50 years. 

Excellent leadership, paired with hard work, perseverance and dedication, has helped Comprehend stand the test of time to grow into a $16 million integrated health facility that offers over 70 programs.  We serve over 8,900 individuals annually and provide $2 million in charity service and donations.

Comprehend proudly serves as the Community Mental Health Center for the Buffalo Trace Region and is committed to the continual pursuit of excellence in healthcare services.  Our staff and their families live in the communities we serve and are invested in building stronger communities while creating healthier lives.
